New students should arrive 15 minutes early.
When you arrive upstairs, please sign in and remove your shoes. Turn cell phones off and leave belongings in the cubbies.
Try not to eat 2-3 hours prior to yoga practice. Juice and fruit are OK if you need a quick energy boost.
Drink plenty of water prior to class. Bottled water will be sold at the studio for $1, but it is best to avoid drinking during class.
YOGANICHE will provide mats for those of you that don't already have your own. I recommend buying a personal mat as your practice continues. Mats (and other yoga accessories) available to buy $30 or borrow when you arrive at the studio.
Please wear form-fitting clothes you are comfortable sweating in. Layers help adjust for temperature changes during and after class. The room will be warmed up to 75. You may like to bring a small towel and prepare to sweat!
