YOGANICHE 6 MONTH NUTRITION PROGRAM
The reason we follow a 6 month program is because this is the amount of time it takes for us to develop a habit. Our program is unlike any other diet you’ve ever experienced, in fact it’s not a diet at all. It’s a lifestyle and it’s ready for you when you feel it’s time to make some real changes.
Over this six month period we will be testing different nutritional theories to find what foods and eating regimens work best for your body. This program will be catered to your needs, but can include things such as allergy testing, discovering your Dosha through Ayurvedic principals, raw food cleansing, seasonal cooking, Macrobiotic healing techniques and in depth “super food” exploration. We will discuss ALL aspects of your life including food, relationships, work, exercise and health goals to find the best way we can meet your accomplishments together.
We’ve studied more than 100 different dietary theories, from the traditional to the modern, Eastern to Western, popular to esoteric. These dietary theories are old and new, east and west, and everything in between they enable us to enrich your perspective.
